This sale is one of the big fundraisers to help regular church operations, and it needs lots of “stuff” to be successful. Many volunteers are needed on Fri. 4/16 for organizing and pricing, as well as on the day of the sale. We also need volunteers to post flyers in the community. Contact Annette Pearce for details and to volunteer.

Heritage Roots Music at its Best!

Sunday, March 21 - Nationally recognized Paul Brown and Adam Hurt in concert. UUCT doors open at 6:15 PM, and concert begins at 7:00 PM.
Paul Brown, an award-winning NPR journalist who studied with the master musicians in the Appalachians, brings stories, songs and tunes of many great tradition bearers to life. Adam Hurt, is a phenomenal, innovative musician deemed a “banjo virtuoso” by the Washington Post. Both are multi-instrumentalists. Together they bring us the best of the past and the promise of the future of traditional roots music!

This is part of our Community Builders music program. Advanced tickets are $12 and $15 at the door. Tickets will be on sale at the church on Sundays in March or can be obtained from Howard Pardue.
